Interpretation of substantial unity of right and morals in Hegel's "Philosophy of Right"

The paper considers the problems of personality and society, right and morals. The author analyses the peculiarities of Hegel's philosophy of right, underlines the importance of these questions in the German classic philosophy as the principle of freedom is the most significant humanistic value.

On the problem of correlation of the right and morals

In the paper the sources of the problem of correlation of the right and morality from antiquity till nowadays have been considered. The author analyses the contribution of the Greek philosophers to putting the problem of correlation of the right and morality, the basic legal doctrines of the Middle Ages and more thoroughly highlights the role of Рў.Gobbs in formation of science about the right.
